At Home Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement and decor purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return items within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return, or visit any Home Center branch with your digital invoice.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all products are unused, in their original boxes, and include all assembly parts, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Choose Shipping Method

  You can drop off the package at your nearest store location for free or schedule a courier pickup for a nominal fee.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
